Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise, produce 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. Focused on tradition and authenticity, all the production process is completed in a traditional mill.

Virgin Pumpkin Seeds Oil has a powerful nutty flavour with roasted undertones. The seeds are chopped and roasted for 45 minutes, and then pressed for 3.5 hours. The lengthy extraction technique preserves the natural flavours of the seeds. After a few days, the oil is filtered and bottled.

Virgin Pumpkin Seeds Oil is perfect for topping soups and salads and pairs well with white fish.
