Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise, produce 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. Focused on tradition and authenticity, all the production process is completed in a traditional mill.
Strawberry wine produced is combined with vinegar and sugar cane to create Strawberry Vinegar. The vinegar is then left for a few months to age, allowing the flavours to develop. A strawberry concentrate is then mixed in for 1 hour until it is filtered.
Strawberry Vinegar has a fruity and sharp flavour that is perfect for dressings and marinades for red meat and pork or on desserts.
Store away from light in a cool dry place.
May contain traces of Sulphites.
