Rosso Di Mazara are world renowned specialists in Gambero Rosso, a wild red shrimp that is only founded in the Mediterranean Sea, making them particularly rare and desirable.

Carpaccio From Gambero Rosso Prawns has a strong taste with a pleasant smoky sensation at the end of the tasting. The carpaccio is expertly processed to give an extraordinary visual impact. Prawns are cleaned and beaten by hand to create a perfect disc to be placed delicately on your plate. They all individually packed by 55g what makes easy and fast to use it during the busy services or banqueting. The diameter of the carpaccio is 16cm.
