Ponthier Frozen 100% Passion Fruit Puree is made from a unique variety of yellow passion fruit, Flavicarpa, grown from the north west coast of Ecuador, known locally as the "green Province". With mild temperatures all year round, between 21 and 25 degrees, and high humidity, the dark orange fruit is perfect for Frozen Passion Fruit Puree.
Frozen Passion Fruit Puree has a wonderfully acidic flavour with a hint of bitterness and great length of flavour. The puree is 100% passionfruit to accentuate the tangy flavour.
Frozen Passion Fruit Puree pairs well with Raspberry, apricot, and mango. Ideal for making mousse, sorbets and sauces.
