Cocktail Butter Blinis are made with fresh whole milk and free-range eggs from local suppliers in Brittany, creating an unmistakable flavour: moist, light & rich. With a diameter of 6cm, these buttery cocktail blinis are essential for banquets, afternoon tea and other catering events.
Directions For Use
Defrosting: Let defrost for 6 hours in the refrigerator at + 4°C (recommended) or 3 minutes in the microwave (without packaging) in defrost mode. Reheating: Place your buckwheat galette on a plate heated to 200°C (recommended) or on a pan with a knob of butter. Garnish with the ingredients of your choice (egg, ham, vegetables, cheese ...) and fold the buckwheat galette. Warm 20 seconds on each side.
