Crêpes from Brittany, cooked, quick-frozen, to be served hot or cold and garnish according to your convenience in savory dish (ham, cheese, ...) or sweet dish (sugar, chocolate ...).
Directions For Use
Defrosting: Leave the stack to thaw 5 hours in the refrigerator at +4°C (recommended) or 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave (without packaging) in defrost mode. Warming: Place your crêpe on a plate heated to 200°C (recommended) or on a pan with a knob of butter beforehand. Warm 10 seconds on each side. Garnish with the ingredients of your choice (salted: ham, cheese, ... or sweet: chocolate, fruit ...) and fold up the crêpe.
