The Ponthier Yuzu Puree uses the finest Japanese yuzu fruit from the Mountainous regions make the Kochi variety the most aromatic of all. With a plant with a notoriously low yield the Frozen 100% Yuzu Puree is highly acidic with a straw yellow colour.
This rare citrus with its intense and fruity character has a fabulous fragrance and amazing length of flavour. Ponthier Yuzu Puree is made with 100% yuzu and is frozen for convenience.
