Mini Canelés De Bordeaux are an authentic canelé recipe but in a miniature format. 

Mini Canelés De Bordeaux are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rum and vanilla flavour.

Heat the canelés for 4 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. To crisp the outside, leave to cool before serving. Mini Canelés De Bordeaux have many possible uses: café gourmand, snacking, buffet.
