Dissolve in cold with vigorous stirring, do not heat. Ice cream stabilizer. Any liquid or semi-liquid preparations, dairy-based. Once mixed with the liquid, it is best allow to stand for 8 hours to mature before freezing. Dairy-based ice cream.
