Directions For Use
Mix with desired elaboration (direct spherification), mix in water bath (inverse spherification). Mix ALGINAT with the liquid that will give the taste. Sprinkle drops or bigger amounts of the mix carefully on a mixture of CLORUR. Remove with care and rinse with water for some seconds. Serve on the chosen surface. Any kind of liquid with a pH >4 and water content higher than 80% (direct spherification). For itself, it acts as a thickening agent. To do the inverse spherification, always use mineral water. It is difficult to dissolve in fatty mediums as it encounters incompatibilities. It can result problematic in alcoholic mediums, depending of the degree of alcohol and lack of water. / Direct spherification, reverse spherification.

Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
