Directions For Use
Apply at room temperature, bring to 80°C, better to boil. Pour the powder (previously mixed with other dry ingredients) over water while applying vigorous stirring until completely dispersed. Heat to 80°C for its complete dissolution. Never pour liquid on powder. Any kind of líquid. Exclusively for food grade. Soft gel. Gelling, thickener, stabilizer, suspending agent. Great water absorption capacity. Not stable in freezing. It can be heated up to about 50°C. Pannacotta, flan, pudding, cuajadas, drinkable jelly.
Storage Conditions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
