POTATO AND WHEAT FLOURS BASED CRUMBS PREPARATION
Directions For Use
Frying conditions: 200 º C + 5 º C, 10-15 seconds. Once it is pan-fried, it swells up to 4 or 5 times its previous size. Use it alone or as a batter. Ideal for coated and/or accompaniments.
Storage Conditions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours. 24 months from production date.
Storage Conditions After Opening
Once open maintain in ambient temperature. Secondary shelf life is the same than primary shelf life (before opening), provided that storage conditions are respected.
