Made using a traditional recipe, Black Treacle has a wonderful rich, molasses flavour, thick, syrupy texture and dark brown glossy colour.

Black Treacle will had a bitter-sweetness to your fruitcakes, gingerbread and puddings but also works well in marinades for ribs and pork joints.
