Valrhona Cocoa butter is the pressed fat from the ground cocoa bean. It is obtained at temperatures between 70 ° C and 90 ° C. The finished cocoa butter is light golden yellow and clear in the liquid state. The cocoa butter is mildly aromatic with a slightly cooling taste.
