Perfect for creating silky sorbets, ice creams or mousses; layering into tarts, glazes, and pastry fillings; adding depth to cocktails, mocktails, and coulis; or using in savoury sauces or as a tangy glaze for poultry.
To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.

In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you, to defrost the whole product and mix it. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices
