Ideal for sorbets, ice creams, and gelées with a sharp fruit edge; using in tarts, glazes, mousses, and layered desserts; adding brightness to cocktails, mocktails, and coulis; and pairing with lamb, duck, or game in savoury sauces and relishes.

To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.
