Lusciously sweet and tropically aromatic - Boiron Frozen 100% Mango Purée captures the vibrant flavour of ripe Alphonso and Chato de Ica mangoes in a smooth, frozen format. With no added sugar, preservatives, or colourings, this purée offers chefs a pure and consistent ingredient for both sweet and savoury creations.
Ideal for mango sorbets, ice creams, and panna cotta; using in mousses, glazes, tarts, and layered patisserie; adding exotic flair to cocktails, mocktails, and coulis; and enhancing curries, marinades, and Southeast Asian sauces.
To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.

In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you, to defrost the whole product and mix it. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices"
