Ideal for blood orange sorbets, ice creams, and gelées; using in mousses, glazes, tarts, and layered desserts; adding punch to cocktails, mocktails, and coulis and enhancing marinades, dressings, and sauces for duck, pork, or seafood.

To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.
