Perfect for sorbets, ice creams, and chilled desserts; using in mousses, glazes, tarts, and layered patisserie; adding elegance to cocktails, mocktails, and coulis; and pairing with seafood, cured meats, or herbs in savoury sauces and dressings.
To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.
