These mini pastries are frozen from freshness and come in a convenient small format, ready to be proofed and baked; ideal for professional kitchens that need speed without sacrificing quality.

To prepare Europastry Ready To Bake Mini Pain Aux Raisins, defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then proof for 40 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes at 185°C until golden and fragrant.
