Callebaut Dark Chocolate Spring Shavings are finely shaved chocolate in irregular, snappy, rugged pieces that melt in the mouth immediately with a solid dark chocolate flavour.
Suitable for: Coating truffles or brigadeiros, topping off hot drinks, sprinkling on top of desserts, ice creams and pastries.
