Beginning in 1964, Christian Lassaigne was among the first winegrowers to use grass cover and sustainable viticulture to protect his vineyards from pollution and erosion.
100% Chardonnay Champagne has a pale yellow colour with green highlights, fine bubbles and persistent bead. Delicate nose with notes of white flowers, fresh almonds and white fruits. When 100% Chardonnay Champagne is allowed to breathe, some touches of pastries, acacia honey and marzipan appear.
Tender attack on the palate with a long finish of ripe citrus fruit. Non-vintage. 12%.alcohol.
