Description
Our fiery juice blend is combined of freshly chosen produce which are cold pressed in order to release the best of the nutrients and flavour. We choose seasonal apples & hydroponic carrots to add sweetness to the juice, ginger & turmeric for the fiery part and lemon juice for flavour balance. The juice, if fresh, has a shelf life of only 2 days, so it needs to undertake a process called HPP: High Pressure Processing, a non-thermal pasteurization which removes dangerous bacteria and allows the juice to have an average shelf life of 50 days.
