The Willamette has a tangy fragrance with a high brix rate, whereas the Mecker is more fragile so is grown at a higher altitude in Serbia to reduce bitterness this gives the Fresh Williamette Mecker Raspberry Puree 10% Sweetened perfect balance and intense flavour.
Pairs well with coconut, yuzu and passion fruit.
