 At Her Table- A Gathering of Remarkable Women in Hospitality 

We were delighted to host a beautiful afternoon bringing together inspiring women from across the UK’s culinary and hospitality world. Chefs, customers, suppliers, GMs and industry partners all came together around one table - a table filled with talent, insight and generosity.

The event was rich with meaningful conversations, new connections and a shared passion for elevating the industry, all enjoyed alongside exceptional food prepared by our taleneted Chefs Russell Bateman Culinary Development Chef, Denis Dramé MCA Head of Culinary Development and Giacomo Pischiutti Pastry Chef.

It was a moment to recognise how women support and lift one another up in the Hospitality Industry and not only.

It was also a celebration of the impact women are having across hospitality: leading teams, shaping businesses, driving innovation, building strong cultures and raising standards; all while creating a more inclusive and collaborative environment. And of course, producing some truly outstanding food.

Each guest represented a different part of this vibrant industry, and every one of them is helping push boundaries forward. The lunch offered space to share journeys, exchange ideas and draw energy from peers; reinforcing the belief that the industry is stronger together.

As the afternoon drew to a close, one message resonated above all: when women come together, the industry moves forward. The stories shared, the passion expressed and the collective strength around the table reflected the remarkable influence women have across every corner of hospitality. Their creativity, leadership and resilience continue to shape not only exceptional dining experiences, but the culture, innovation and future of the industry itself.

At Her Table reminded us that progress is built through community and through voices lifted, talents recognised and opportunities created for one another. It reaffirmed that when women are supported and celebrated, they don’t just thrive individually; they elevate the entire sector.

Here’s to the women who lead with purpose, craft with heart and inspire with every step. Here’s to the ones pushing boundaries, creating change and setting new standards. And here’s to many more tables where they are seen, heard and honoured.

Together, we’ll continue shaping a more inclusive, collaborative and extraordinary future for hospitality.
