Bridor Fat Blend Viennoiseries are crafted using a carefully balanced mix of fats:

  • 90% high‑quality margarine
  • 10% concentrated butter

This blend has been designed to replicate the technical and sensory performance of butter while offering greater price stability and competitiveness. The result is a range of French‑style viennoiseries that deliver reliable baking results, attractive appearance, and a subtle buttery flavour that meets customer expectations.
