Comté Block PDO 6 Months (Unpasteurised) is exclusively made with raw cow's milk. This young Comté has lactic aromas, which develop into a fruity taste with hints of citrus and dried fruits.

Comté is the ultimate gourmet cheese, pairing with a multitude of ingredients such as nuts, honey, pure vanilla or a classic fig chutney. Comté can be used as a starter, on a cheeseboard or baked in a gratin.
