Mini Pasteurised Camembert
Creamy, delicate, and full of Normandy character – this Mini Pasteurised Camembert is a classic French cheese made using traditional methods and pasteurised cow’s milk. Its bloomy rind and soft, velvety interior offer a mild yet distinctive flavour, perfect for refined cheese boards or individual servings.
Produced in Normandy, this Camembert is ladle-moulded in several stages to create its signature layered texture and subtle ripening. Ideal for baking whole, pairing with fruit, or serving with crusty bread.
