Barber’s 1833 Vintage Reserve Cheddar is a classic West Country cheddar, made from cow's milk, matured for up to 24 months for exceptional depth and character. Firm and slightly crumbly with natural crystal crunch, it delivers a balanced flavour of savoury richness, bright acidity, and notes of caramel and toasted nuts.
A premium, provenance‑led cheddar ideal for elevating cheese boards, enriching hot dishes, or adding punchy flavour to sandwiches, pastries and gratins.
