French White Asparagus 16/22 are a real luxury of a fresh ingredient. Grown in France, French White Asparagus is white in colour as it is grown in dark conditions and is much sweeter than its green cousin, with a subtle hint of bitterness. The ideal accompaniment to steak and duck, or simply serve with hollandaise sauce.
