Plantin Dried Morels Caps are the perfect cupboard staple and are perfect for adding the risottos, pasta dishes and sauces. Directions: Rehydrate in warm water for about half an hour, then rinse well. Please note: Morels must be cooked before consumption.
Chef’s tip: When rehydrated, 10g of dried morels will expand to the same amount as 35g of fresh mushrooms.
