Based in Anglesey, Halen Mon is a family-run salt makers with a passion for its environment and quality of salt. Their pure, white sea salt crystals, blends and condiments are served in around the world in some of the finest restaurants.

Black Garlic Ketchup is made from garlic cloves that are aged for a few weeks until they are caramelised, giving them a dark black appearance and gooey texture. The black garlic gives the ketchup an intense, sweet and earthy flavour with hints of balsamic vinegar.

Black Garlic Ketchup is perfect for putting on burgers, steak and scallops.
