Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise, produce 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. Focused on tradition and authenticity, all the production process is completed in a traditional mill.

Juice from ripe mangoes is combined with vinegar and sugar cane to create Mango Vine-gar. The vinegar is then left to age, allowing the flavours to develop.

Mango Vinegar has a fresh fruity that is perfect for dressings, salsas and marinades for seafood and fish.

Store away from light in a cool dry place.

May contain traces of Sulphites.
