Based in the Rhone Valley in France, Huilerie Beaujolaise, produce 100% artisanal and natural oils and vinegars. Focused on tradition and authenticity, all the production process is completed in a traditional mill.

Honey Vinegar has a balanced sweet and sharp flavour that is perfect for dressings, marinades for rich red meats such a duck and drizzling over roasted vegetables.

Honey Vinegar can also be used sparingly in desserts and cocktails.

Store away from light in a cool dry place.

May contain traces of Sulphites.
