Made of Omed Pedro Ximénez grapes, Ximénez Pedro Vinegar tastes of sun/ripened raisins. After a careful aging process in American oak casks, Omed Ximénez Pedro Vinegar is perfectly balanced with a slight sweetness.
Drizzle on ice cream or try in place of balsamic.
