Plantin's Black Summer Truffle Paste is made by mincing black truffle Tuber Indicum with extra virgin olive oil. Black Truffle Paste will add a heap of flavour to any dish.
Black Summer Truffle Paste is made from the best natural ingredients: Summer truffles 77% (Muscat truffle 64% (Tuber brumale) and black truffles 36% (Tuber melanosporum)), extra virgin olive oil, Muscat truffle juice 5% (Tuber brumale), natural aroma, salt.
Black Summer Truffle Paste is the best way to add a depth of flavour to sauces and dressing or a a little to mash potato. A little goes a long way.
