Omed Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% of Arbequina Olives, harvested early in October. Omed Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil has notes of green banana with hints of green apple and a soft yet slightly peppery finish. Perfect to finish delicate fish dishes, all kind of salads and vinaigrettes or even try on ice cream or in baking.

OMED is a family-run olive mill in Ácula, Andalusia, producing premium extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Nestled 700m high near Sierra Nevada, their groves are sustainably farmed by the Garcia-Casas family. Now led by the 4th generation, OMED blends tradition with innovation, using advanced milling and eco-friendly practices.
