La Tua Pasta Tomato & Mozzarella Gnocchi are soft potato gnocchi filled with a rich blend of slow-roasted tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil. These bite-sized gnocchi offer bold Italian flavour and versatile cooking options, ideal for starters, canapés, or plated mains.
Finish with Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of olive oil or serve as a canapé with tomato confit and micro basil.
La Tua Pasta Tomato & Mozzarella Gnocchi are frozen for freshness. Simply cook for 5-6 minutes from frozen in salted boiling water or deep-fry for 2-3 minutes, no defrosting required. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
