La Tua Pasta Pea & Shallot Vegan Ravioli are delicate square-shaped ravioli parcels filled with a vibrant blend of green peas and sautéed shallots, wrapped in silky vegan pasta dough. These ravioli deliver fresh, herbaceous flavour and consistent performance for plant-forward menus.
Finish with lemon zest and vegan butter or a tomato passata for a fresh, seasonal plate.
La Tua Pasta Pea & Shallot Vegan Ravioli are frozen for freshness. Simply cook for 5-6 minutes from frozen in salted boiling water, no defrosting required.
