Short, tubular, and satisfyingly chewy – La Tua Pasta’s Fresh Maccheroni is a classic pasta shape handmade in London using traditional Italian techniques. Its smooth surface and hollow centre make it ideal for capturing sauces and delivering bold flavour in every bite.

Made with premium Italian flour and free-range eggs, Maccheroni offers a firm texture and excellent versatility. Perfect for pairing with cheese sauces, meat ragùs, or baked pasta dishes, it’s a reliable staple for both comforting classics and modern interpretations.

Cooking Instructions: Cook for 4–5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Our range of fresh pasta from La Tua Pasta is available for pre-order with a 2-3 day delivery, 3 pm order cut-off daily.
