Bold, tubular, and full of southern Italian character – La Tua Pasta’s Fresh Paccheri is a large-format pasta handmade in London using traditional Italian techniques. Its wide, smooth tubes are perfect for holding rich sauces or stuffing with flavourful fillings, making it a versatile choice for both plated and baked dishes.

Made with premium Italian flour and free-range eggs, Paccheri offers a firm bite and silky texture. Ideal for pairing with seafood ragùs, creamy sauces, or ricotta and spinach fillings, it brings drama and elegance to professional kitchens.

Cooking Instructions: Cook for 4–5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Our range of fresh pasta from La Tua Pasta is available for pre-order with a 2-3 day delivery, 3 pm order cut-off daily.
