La Tua Pasta Fresh Cacio e Pepe Tortelloni are hand-folded tortelloni filled with a bold blend of Italian hard cheese and cracked black pepper, wrapped in silky egg-rich pasta dough. These tortelloni deliver the classic Roman flavour of cacio e pepe in a refined, ready-to-serve format.

Finish with melted butter, a touch of pasta water, and extra grated cheese for a traditional presentation.

La Tua Pasta Fresh Cacio e Pepe Tortelloni are delivered fresh. Simply cook for 4–5 minutes in salted boiling water.

Our range of fresh pasta from La Tua Pasta is available for pre-order with a 2-3 day delivery, 3 pm order cut-off daily.
