La Tua Pasta Fresh Pea & Shallots Tortelloni are hand-folded tortelloni filled with a sweet blend of garden peas, caramelised shallots, ricotta, and Italian hard cheese, wrapped in silky egg-rich pasta dough. These tortelloni offer a vibrant, seasonal flavour and elegant texture, ideal for vegetarian and spring-inspired menus.

Finish with lemon butter, mint oil, or a light vegetable broth.

La Tua Pasta Fresh Pea & Shallots Tortelloni are delivered fresh. Simply cook for 4–5 minutes in salted boiling water.

Our range of fresh pasta from La Tua Pasta is available for pre-order with a 2-3 day delivery, 3 pm order cut-off daily.
