Directions to make 1 litre of vegetable jus: Whisk or stir 125g of Essential Cuisine Premier Vegetable Jus concentrate into 1 litre of warm water. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

A composite paste, produced by the blending of food ingredients. A dark brown thick glossy paste with a distinctive vegetable odour. It has the characteristic appearance and flavour of vegetable jus when reconstituted with water as directed.
Directions For Use
To make Jus, simply whisk or stir 125g of Premier Jus concentrate into 1 litre of warm water in a suitable saucepan. Bring to the boil stiring continuously and allow to simmer for 2-3 minuets. Your Premier Jus is now ready for use.
Storage Conditions
Always reseal after use and store in a coo, dry place.
