TRUEfoods Fragrant Thai Broth is a vibrant, aromatic broth, inspired by the bold flavours of Thai cuisine. Crafted with chicken stock, lemongrass, ginger, tamarind, lime juice, and red chilli, it delivers a clean, savoury base with a gently spiced finish and layers of citrus and herbaceous depth.

Perfect for sipping on its own or as a base for Thai noodle soups, curries, and seafood dishes, this broth brings refined character and versatility to Asian-inspired menus. Free from artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives, and added salt, it offers chefs complete control and exceptional purity.

Directions for use: Heat gently for 6–8 minutes until piping hot

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing
