Grilled Peppers In Oil are made in the authentic Italian way-the fresh red and yellow peppers are peeled, charred and marinated in sunflower oil and a little white wine vinegar. There may still be some seeds giving it a home-made look.

Grilled Peppers In Oil are ideal for salads, sauces and savoury tarts.

Before opening, store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
