Plantin's Black Truffle Paste is made by mincing black truffle Tuber Indicum with extra virgin olive oil. Black Truffle Paste will add a tonne of flavour to any dish.
Black Truffle Paste is made from the best natural ingredients: Winter truffles 77% (Muscat truffle 64% (Tuber brumale) and black truffles 36% (Tuber melanosporum)), extra virgin olive oil, Muscat truffle juice 5% (Tuber brumale), natural aroma, salt.
Black Truffle Paste is ideal way to add a little richness to sauces and dressing or a a little to mash potato. A little goes a long way.
