A savoury tasting inactivated yeast rich in B-group vitamins and zinc. It is specially grown and processed from primary yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The yeast is roller drum dried to homogeneous flakes.
Directions For Use
Ready to eat. Dissolved in water, milk, fruit/vegetable juices or sprinkled over soups, casseroles, salads and breakfast cereals to enhance their flavour. 5g serving - 1tbsp
Storage Conditions
Keep in a cool and dry place (8-25°C) and protect from light and frost. Always close the container properly.
