Redefine Meat believes enjoying meat is about more than just taste; it’s an experience that caters to all your senses. Having studied meat’s complex structure down to its molecular composition, the company understands what drives each sensory process. In developing their own proprietary technology, Redefine Meat has mastered the ability to create a new plant-based meat that satisfies on every level.

Cooking Method: Slice the Redefine Beef Flank against the grain into three 3cm wide pieces and rub generously with oil. Pan-sear or grill the meat over medium/high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side. When done, the internal temperature should be 72°C. Serve immediately, no need for resting.

Directions For Use

Remove from freezer to 4°C fridge 8 hours before cooking. Cooking: Sauté/grill on a medium temperature until caramelized on all sides, slice with the grain and serve with your favourite sauce and side. Serving suggestion: Serve with fries and your favourite sauce, e.g. peppercorn sauce, chimichurri, red wine sauce.

Storage Conditions

Keep frozen at or below -18°C After thawing, the product must be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours before cooking. Once thawed, use within 48h. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Shelf-life 8 months after production.
