Caille De Chanteloup have been breeding and producing small game birds in Britanny since 1978.

Whole French Quail is fresh and has a succulent, rich gamey taste. The quails are fed primarily on local corn, herbs and seeds which give it a distinctive flavour. Whole French Quail is available all year round.

Perfect for Stuffing.
